Search for a professional for the MICE sector (groups dept.) with the ability to work under pressure, with tight timings and multiple simultaneous projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills.
Proficiency in management tools and the Office suite.
Availability to travel according to project needs.
A good level of English and other languages is valued.

We are looking for a professional with experience in the comprehensive management of group travel within the MICE sector, oriented towards offering excellent service and coordinating projects efficiently and profitably.

You will be responsible for designing, budgeting, and managing travel for school groups, associations, organizations, religious groups, and adult groups, coordinating all necessary services: transport, accommodation, catering, activities, and other tourism providers.

The selected person must maintain constant communication with clients and suppliers, guarantee the correct development of each project, resolve incidents, and ensure customer satisfaction in all phases of the trip.

Main duties and requirements.

• Design, preparation, and follow-up of proposals for MICE groups and collective travel.
• Comprehensive management of travel for school groups, associations, organizations, religious groups, cultural groups, and adult groups.
• Requesting, negotiating, and contracting tourism services with national and international providers.
• Preparation and control of budgets, guaranteeing the profitability of each project.
• Coordination of transport, accommodation, catering, activities, visits, and complementary services.
• Operational follow-up of groups before, during, and after the trip.
• Constant interlocution with clients, suppliers, and external collaborators.
• Resolution of incidents and decision-making in situations of pressure or last-minute changes.
• Preparation of operational documentation and administrative management associated with each project.
• Coordination with the different departments involved to ensure the correct execution of the contracted services.
• Carrying out inspection visits and travel related to group operations when necessary.
