• • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position within the Business Travel sector.
  • Medium-high level of Amadeus (bookings, changes, reissuances, and operational management).
  • English level minimum B2, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of tourism providers and corporate services.
  • Capacity for organization and management of several requests simultaneously.
  • Customer orientation and incident resolution.

• Experience in corporate account service.

• Knowledge of other booking and travel management tools.

• B2 level of English.

• Comprehensive management of corporate travel reservations: flights, trains, hotels, and car rentals.

• Service and advisory for corporate clients.

• Modifications, reissues, and cancellations of services.

• Resolution of incidents before, during, and after travel.

• Application of travel policies and cost optimization.

• Coordination with suppliers and internal departments.

• Preparation of quotes and follow-up of requests..

• Comprehensive management of national and international corporate travel, including flight, train, hotel, car rental, and other associated service bookings.
• Personalized attention to corporate clients, offering advice on the best travel options based on their needs, travel policies, and budget.
• Issuance, modification, reissuance, and cancellation of tickets via Amadeus, guaranteeing the correct application of rates and conditions.
• Management of incidents before, during, and after travel, providing agile and efficient solutions to ensure the continuity of trips.
• Processing and monitoring of urgent requests, last-minute changes, and special services required by travelers.
• Preparation and presentation of travel proposals, budgets, and alternatives adapted to the needs of each client.
• Coordination with airlines, hotels, railway companies, car rental companies, and other tourism providers.
• Application and control of the travel policies of the various corporate accounts, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Monitoring of bookings and contracted services, guaranteeing the quality of the service provided and customer satisfaction.
• Updating information in internal management tools and maintaining accurate records of the operations performed.
• Identification of improvement opportunities in travel management processes, contributing to the optimization of the service and the customer experience.
