We are looking to hire a Corporate QA Lead to drive the evolution and implementation of the company's quality model, contributing to the transformation of traditional quality assurance processes toward a modern Quality Engineering approach, based on automation, agility, and continuous improvement.
The selected person will join the Corporate QA area, where they will face the challenge of consolidating and deploying a common quality model for the organization's different technological domains, aligned with the policies and standards defined by various areas and in collaboration with the architecture and methodology teams.
Their mission will be to drive the homogenization of processes, promote the adoption of quality best practices, and foster a culture in which automation and early defect prevention are part of the software development cycle.
To this end, they will work transversally with QA Leads, technological domain owners, area leaders, and development teams, acting as a quality reference and as a change agent to facilitate the adoption of the corporate model.
Main duties and requirements.
- Drive the implementation, evolution, and consolidation of the corporate quality model, ensuring its adoption across the company's different technological domains.
- Define, homogenize, and promote quality standards, policies, and procedures aligned with technological governance, corporate methodology, and the guidelines of the CTO area.
- Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives, facilitating the transition from traditional quality assurance models toward modern Quality Engineering practices.
- Promote test automation strategies and Shift-Left practices, incorporating continuous validation mechanisms throughout the software development cycle.
- Drive the integration of quality controls into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, fostering the use of Quality Gates and other continuous quality practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams in the adoption and evolution of automation tools and solutions, such as SonarQube, Playwright, Testcontainers, and unit and integration testing frameworks.
- Establish metrics, indicators, and monitoring mechanisms that allow for the evaluation of software quality, the degree of automation, and team maturity.
- Develop communication, training, and support actions, conveying the principles of the quality model in a pedagogical manner and facilitating its practical application.
