The role
We are looking for a QA Lead with solid experience in the definition, management, and governance of non-production environments, or having had active participation in technological migration processes derived from mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
This person will be responsible for leading the quality strategy, ensuring the correct definition of testing environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PRE, etc.), as well as the coordination of testing in critical system migration scenarios, guaranteeing the integrity, traceability, and quality of the software throughout the entire lifecycle.
What you'll do
Define, implement, and govern the QA strategy at an organizational level.
Experience in designing and structuring non-production environments, ensuring their alignment with development, testing, and business needs.
Lead the planning and execution of testing in system migration projects (for example, integration following the acquisition of another company).
Coordinate end-to-end testing in complex integration scenarios between legacy and new systems.
Define testing strategies: functional, regression, integration, UAT, performance, and security.
Guarantee the correct management of test data (test data management) in non-production environments.
Supervise test automation and promote best practices (CI/CD, shift-left testing).
Collaborate with development, architecture, business, and operations teams to ensure transversal quality.
Manage risks associated with technological migrations and validate contingency plans.
Lead and mentor QA teams.
