You will be responsible for technically and functionally coordinating software development and evolution initiatives, participating in the definition of solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that technical decisions align with business objectives and the technological architecture.

You will act as the technical reference within the project, facilitating communication between business, architecture, development, and vendors, speaking the same language as the technical teams and helping to make the best design decisions.

Main duties and requirements.

• Coordinate technology projects for application development and evolution.
• Define functional and technical solutions together with the Architecture and Development teams.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Review and validate solution proposals before their implementation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams made up of Product, Architecture, Development, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and technology vendors.
• Ensure the delivery of projects within the established timeline, quality, and scope.
• Participate in decisions regarding the architecture and technological evolution of applications.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and follow up on their deliveries.
• Promote development best practices and ensure alignment with the company's technology standards.
• Work under Agile methodologies, collaborating with teams organized across different technology domains.

• Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Lead, Tech Lead, Solution Lead, or similar roles leading technology projects.
• Strong software development knowledge.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical solutions with architects, developers, and vendors.
• Experience with Java application environments, microservices architectures, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and modern service-oriented architectures.
• Experience coordinating technical and functional teams in complex environments.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a global view of solutions.

• Experience in retail or ecommerce environments.
• Knowledge of payment platforms or transactional applications.
• Knowledge of system integration and distributed platforms.
