What will you have to do?
The selected candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and governance of key infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, robust risk management, and effective stakeholder communication.

Lead and govern the IT/Cloud infrastructure program portfolio, including modernization, cloud migrations, datacenter consolidation, network evolution, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, closure. Ensuring strategic alignment of all projects with business and technology goals.
Oversee program budget, financial tracking, KPIs, and SLAs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT Operations, Cloud Engineering, Security, PMO, Vendor Management) and manage relationships with external service providers and technology partners.
Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables and technical documentation. Provide structured reporting to C-levels.
What we're looking for
We are seeking a experienced Program Manager Lead to oversee and coordinate complex initiatives within the IT Infrastructure and Cloud domain. Required Skills: Proven experience in Program Management within IT Infrastructure. Strong knowledge of: Cloud platforms, On‑premises infrastructure, virtualization, storage, networking, Identity & Access Management, Monitoring, resilience, business continuity, Cybersecurity fundamentals, Financial and budgeting skills. Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF preferred). Preferred Certifications: PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Scrum/Agile. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders. Problem‑solving mindset, capable of handling complex scenarios. Goal‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable with change management. Experience: 5+ years of Project/Program Management in enterprise IT environments. Solid background in IT Infrastructure or Cloud Engineering.A strong proficiency in English is required; proficiency in the Italian language will be considered an advantage
