• Between 4 and 7 years of experience in financial process transformation or improvement, either in consulting or within a company's finance function.
• Demonstrable experience in process automation or digitalization projects and in end-to-end process redesign.
• Experience in finance operations processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury).
• Experience in the implementation or evolution of a financial ERP and in multi-company or large-scale environments will be valued.
• Experience in process management with BPO outsourcing or a GBS will be valued.
• Demonstrable experience in business case evaluation and/or technological solution architecture.
• Specific knowledge: Process analysis and improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, BPMN) and project management, including Agile. Automation tools (RPA, for example Power Automate or Blueprism) and financial ERP (SAP or others)

As a Finance Process Transformation Specialist, your mission will be to drive the improvement, simplification, and digitalization of financial area processes, contributing to a more efficient, automated, and data-driven finance model.

You will work transversally with the Administration and Finance teams and with the Systems area to redesign processes, reduce low-value tasks, and deploy new tools and ways of working, working on projects with a positive impact (business case) that leverage technology, AI, analytics, and simplification.

Main duties and requirements.

Functions

• Redesign target processes (to-be) by applying simplification, standardization, and automation criteria, without losing internal control.
• Analyze and document current financial processes (as-is), identifying inefficiencies, risks, manual controls, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives (RPA, workflows, and ERP capabilities) through departmental developments and projects in coordination with the Systems area.
• Define and monitor indicators (KPIs and SLAs) to measure process efficiency and the impact of improvements, leveraging the existing analytical systems at El Corte Inglés (snowflake) and leading process mining implementation projects for financial operations (celonis).
• Leveraging AI in a practical way for process optimization, the creation of departmental agents, and AI projects in which the finance area is involved or leads.
• Coordinate the execution of transformation projects (planning, milestones, and monitoring) with a business case vision to ensure a positive impact on ECI's results.
• Review the costs of processes outsourced via BPO, and ensure quality, monitoring of improvements, and cost optimization.
