We are looking to incorporate a Visual Merchandiser for the Home area at Hipercor. Your mission will be to create and execute visual strategies that enhance product presentation in stores and events, attracting new customers and improving the shopping experience. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the optimization of spaces and the development of initiatives that strengthen the commercial image and sales impact.
Main duties and requirements.
Optimize the layout and presentation of products in stores and events to offer an attractive and functional experience
Implement visual merchandising plans aligned with sales and marketing strategies
Evaluate the impact of visual actions and propose improvements based on data and feedback.
Carry out the implementation of promotions and adjustments in centers, including openings
Execute visual merchandising projects in the Home areas.
Availability to travel and work between centers.
