Demonstrable Experience in Mobility: Previous experience in roles that required overnight stays away from home from Monday to Friday is essential.
Full availability for weekly travel to sites nationwide.
Minimum education: High school diploma or Vocational Training (FP).
Documentation in order: valid NIE and work permit.
Driving licence (essential).

The role

We are looking for Site Manager Assistants with a problem-solving mindset and full availability for national travel and overnight stays (with per diem allowance) from Monday to Friday. If you already know the dynamics of itinerant work on construction sites, this is your opportunity to join challenging projects in a stable company.

What you'll do

You will work in close collaboration with the Site Manager, providing support in the following areas:

Supply and Logistics Management: searching for possible warehouses near the site for the storage of materials and tools (contact with suppliers, management of rental and use of space).
Support in the reception and control of materials; verification of orders, organization of storage.
Provide support in site monitoring and documentation; through photographic and video reports.
Prepare simple reports; collection of basic data for site progress.
Assistance with measurements and basic setting-out.
Daily collaboration and facilitation by providing direct assistance to the Site Manager; organizing documents, making calls, coordinating meetings, preparing visits, managing minor unforeseen issues.
