What you'll do

Duties

Full management of the construction site from start to handover.
Planning, organization, and control of the execution of works.
Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Cost control, production, certifications, and economic planning.
Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and project objectives.
Supervision of health and safety on site, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Management of incidents and technical decision-making during execution.
Coordination with the Technical Management, the Client, and all other parties involved.
