The role

We are looking for a professional with on-site experience, the ability to interpret plans and take measurements, and who wants to continue developing within a technical environment with growth opportunities.

What you'll do

Your main objective will be to provide technical support for several construction sites simultaneously, acting as a link between the Technical Management and the Site Managers.

You will be a key figure in ensuring that the technical criteria defined in the project are correctly transferred to daily execution, monitoring work units, detecting possible issues, and providing support to the site team.

Interpretation and reading of plans, technical documentation, and project documents, transferring execution criteria to the Site Managers.
Carrying out measurements, setting out, and checks of executed work units.
Monitoring and technical control of the work carried out on the different assigned sites.
Acting as a technical link between the Technical Management, Site Managers, and Foremen.
Identification of technical issues during execution and resolution of those of lower complexity, escalating those of greater relevance to the Technical Management.
Support in monitoring deadlines, progress, and work scheduling.
Preparation and updating of site documentation: work reports, material stock control, photographic monitoring, and other technical documentation.
Collaboration in quality control and compliance with established safety procedures.
Carrying out visits and travel between the different sites in the area.

What are we looking for?

Education in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Surveying, Construction, or equivalent qualifications.
We will also value profiles in Technical Architecture or Architecture at a junior level, with practical experience.
Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience on site, preferably in residential, tertiary, or similar projects.
Demonstrable experience in reading and interpreting plans and taking measurements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Experience with Presto and knowledge of BIM methodology will be positively valued.
Valid B driving license.
Training in Occupational Risk Prevention, with a minimum of 20 hours. Training of 60 hours will be especially valued.
Availability to travel between the different assigned sites within the area.
