The role
What you'll do
At Elecnor, we are looking to bring on a Technical Assistant or Works Assistant to provide support in the management of facility maintenance contracts at AENA.
The person joining will be responsible for:
- Supporting the works managers in the document management of maintenance contracts.
- Requests for material quotes, order management, and delivery notes.
- Preparation of budgets.
- Management of notifications through our own CMMS and the client's.
- Management of notifications and incidents, and closing them out.
- Coordination of business activities.
- Preparation of reports.
How you'll work
- Full-time with a split shift from Monday to Thursday, Friday continuous working day. Continuous working day in summer.
