What you'll do

At Elecnor, we are looking to bring on a Technical Assistant or Works Assistant to provide support in the management of facility maintenance contracts at AENA.

The person joining will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the works managers in the document management of maintenance contracts.
  • Requests for material quotes, order management, and delivery notes.
  • Preparation of budgets.
  • Management of notifications through our own CMMS and the client's.
  • Management of notifications and incidents, and closing them out.
  • Coordination of business activities.
  • Preparation of reports.
