Construction Execution Director

- Intermediate University Degree in: Technical Architecture or Degree in Architecture.

- At least 6 years of total professional experience since the year of graduation.

- At least 6 years of experience in the direction or control of execution in technical building works or civil works, performing functions of material execution direction, quality control, measurements, and certifications in accordance with the project.

- At least 3 years of proven experience in railway or linear infrastructure projects, including contractor coordination, interface management (civil–installations), and the application of sector-specific technical and operational safety regulations.

Execution Director in Site Technical Assistance:

1. Direction of the material execution of the works. Direct the material execution by verifying setting out, construction processes, installations, and work units in accordance with the project and technical specifications. Guarantee that the execution conforms to technical solutions specific to railway infrastructures and associated civil works.

2. Qualitative and quantitative quality control. Supervise materials, systems, and execution through inspections, testing, and measurement control, ensuring the final quality of the works. Control that the regulatory, functional, and safety requirements demanded in technical infrastructures are met.

3. Technical coordination and execution management. Coordinate contractors, installations, and technical teams, resolving interferences and ensuring the correct construction sequence. Manage deadlines, resources, and technical constraints specific to railway environments and linear or singular works.

4. Document control, certification, and project closure. Record instructions in the order book, validate certifications, control measurements, and participate in final documentation (as-built and handover). Sign setting-out minutes and the final certificate, guaranteeing technical traceability in accordance with the LOE.
