Functions: provide support to packaging processes to ensure they are reliable and efficient. This objective is achieved through the following tasks, in connection with the plant's cross-functional process teams:

• Process knowledge: the Technical Services technician must understand the packaging processes of the products for which they are responsible. This involves acquiring scientific knowledge of the process and general notions of the operation of the equipment and systems involved, as well as understanding their risks (current and potential) to prevent them and ensure safe execution.
• Daily operations support:
  • Monitor processes to ensure they are in control and capable, and document this in periodic evaluations.
  • Determine the root cause of deviations and claims, as well as establish corrective measures.
  • Control and monitor process changes.
  • Continuously improve the process in reliability and effectiveness.
  • Maintain production and cleaning processes in a validated state.
• Support for plant projects:
  • Documentation of the process impact associated with plant projects.
  • Design and implementation of changes to the electronic system used as a guide for the packaging process (Electronic Ticket).
