What we're looking for

🎓 What are we looking for?

Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration of Computer Systems in Network (ASIR) or an equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in Apple corporate technical support, managing end-user incidents in macOS environments.
Knowledge of device management through MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Intune, or similar) and experience working with corporate identity and access management tools (Entra ID or equivalents).

Nice to have

Knowledge of Apple Business Manager.

💼 What will your mission be?

You will be a key piece in ensuring the correct functioning of the company's technological equipment and services, offering close, agile, and high-quality support to our internal users.

What you'll do

📌 What will you do in your day-to-day?

Configure, administer, and maintain Apple equipment and macOS systems in a corporate environment, ensuring their security, performance, and correct integration with the company's technological infrastructure.
Manage and resolve technical incidents related to equipment, operating systems, applications, hardware, and communications in an Apple environment.
Manage incidents linked to LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks, as well as connected devices.
Document, analyze, and escalate incidents when necessary, guaranteeing an efficient resolution.
Provide an excellent service experience to our internal users.

How you'll work

Workplace in Pozuelo de Alarcón, just 3 minutes from the Renfe station.
Schedule: Mon to Thu 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM and Fri 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (1h flexible between start and end time).
Full-time with a hybrid model: 80% on-site and 20% remote (first three months 100% on-site to facilitate integration and training).
