What you'll do

They possess great people management and leadership skills.
They are experts in the equipment used for maintenance: washing tunnels, industrial dryers, conveyors, calenders.
They are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all the plant's machinery.
They organize and plan corrective and preventive maintenance.
They work to ensure that the maintenance teams carry out the necessary periodic checks of all operating parameters.
They are responsible for complying with health and safety regulations.
