The role

Production Assistant | Industrial Operations Development and Management

What you'll do

Do you want to start your career in a leading multinational and take on responsibilities from day one?

At Elis, a leading multinational in circular and sustainable services, we are looking for a Junior Industrial Operations professional for our plant in Escacena del Campo ( Huelva )

You will work alongside the Production Manager, participating in the daily management of the plant and developing a global vision of operations, processes, and team management.

What will you do?

Monitoring of production, quality, and productivity indicators.
Support in the coordination of operational teams.
Participation in continuous improvement projects.
Collaboration with Maintenance, Logistics, Sales, and HR.
Data analysis and process optimization.

What are we looking for?

Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar.
2 - 4 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Interest in people management and operations.
Advanced Excel. Power BI is a plus.
Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
