Requirements

What we're looking for

- Vocational Training degree in Nursing Assistant, Socio-Sanitary Care, or similar is indispensable.

- No previous experience is necessary. If you are looking for your first professional experience, you can have it with us.

- Enjoyment and interest in performing the functions inherent to the profession with objectives of excellence and quality in user treatment.

- Hiring is subject to the provision of a negative certificate from the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders and Human Trafficking and to compliance with the requirements established in the Second Additional Provision of Law 4/2026.

Nice to have

- Possession of a disability certificate is valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- Temporary contract.

- Full-time, Monday to Sunday, with rotating rest days.

- Rotating schedule (from 8h to 15h, from 15h to 22h, and from 22h to 8h).

- Gross annual salary of €17,094 + Sunday and holiday bonus + Night shift bonus.

We are currently looking for a GEROCULTOR/A for our Bouco Logroño Las Gaunas Residence, who will be responsible for assisting and caring for users in their daily life activities and performing those tasks aimed at their personal care and their environment, providing support and accompaniment at all times to the users and their daily needs with maximum quality and excellence.
