The role

At this time, we are looking for a MAINTENANCE TRADESPERSON for our rehabilitation center specialized in the recovery of patients with neurological and traumatological pathologies, as well as a center for people with physical disabilities. Lescer Mirasierra Center is located in the heart of the Mirasierra neighborhood in Madrid, at Avenida Ventisquero de la Condesa number 46.

The Maintenance Tradesperson will assume the responsibilities of:

What you'll do

- -Performing the assembly, adjustment, and fine-tuning of all types of installations for simple or automatic measurement, regulation, and control of temperature, flow rate forecasts, calorific power, water level analyzers, and similar.

- Carrying out masonry, painting, carpentry, etc. work that is necessary for the maintenance of the facilities or the building.

- Periodically checking the machines or installations marked in the regulations and their technical instructions, and ensuring that the final values in them are within the permitted limits.

- Cleaning engine rooms, installations, electrical panels, transformers, workshops, etc.

- Assembly of platforms, stages, sceneries, seats, the commissioning of loudspeakers, music equipment, projection, etc., for the normal development of the center's activities.
