Bakery Oven Operator Alcobendas

From EMPATIM ETT we are looking for an oven operator whose main duties and responsibilities will be:

Production: They operate machines and ovens for baking/toasting.

Baking control: They adjust the temperature, time, and exit angle to achieve a perfect and uniform toast.

Equipment maintenance: They ensure the proper functioning of the ovens (burners, insulation, griddles).

Quality and packaging: They check the expiration date and quality of the final product, and package it.

Artisan/industrial production: They use circular ovens (MLDP) (700/h) or industrial ones (up to 3000/h).

Requirements

-Immediate availability

-Previous experience of at least 1 year in an oven/bakery.

-Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.

-Schedule from Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm

-Long-term permanent discontinuous contract

-Salary according to collective agreement

Desde EMPATIF ETT buscamos un hornero/a cuyas funciones y tareas principales serán:

Producción: Operan máquinas y hornos para cocer/tostar.

Control de cocción: Ajustan la temperatura, el tiempo y el ángulo de salida para lograr un tostado perfecto y uniforme.

Mantenimiento del equipo: Aseguran el correcto funcionamiento de los hornos (quemadores, aislamiento, comales).

Calidad y empaque: Revisan la caducidad y calidad del producto final, y lo empacan.

Producción artesanal/industrial: Usan hornos circulares (MLDP) (700/h) o industriales (hasta 3000/h).

Requisitos

-Disponibilidad inmediata

-Experiencia previa de al menos 1 años en horno.

-Organización, responsabilidad y atención al detalle.

Ofrecemos:

-Horario de lunes a viernes de 7h a 15h

-Contrato fijo- discontinuo de larga duracion

-Salario según convenio
