At EMPATIF ETT, we are looking for a baker/oven operator whose main functions and tasks will be:

Production: Operating machines and ovens for baking/roasting.

Cooking control: Adjusting temperature, time, and exit angle to achieve a perfect and uniform roast.

Equipment maintenance: Ensuring the correct operation of the ovens (burners, insulation, baking stones).

Quality and packaging: Checking the expiration date and quality of the final product, and packaging it.

Artisanal/industrial production: Using circular ovens (MLDP) (700/h) or industrial ovens (up to 3000/h).
