At Micofer, by Empatif, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to international clients for an important company in the food sector. This is a stable and permanent position.
To ensure customer service, in a timely manner, for the shipment of product samples, and the correct receipt of them. To manage client incidents. Documentation and
management of the export of our products, ensuring compliance with export requirements.
Functions:
- To handle customer inquiries and requests.
- To register requests in the internal system and ensure their management.
- Telephone customer service
- To provide information on the status of processes or inquiries, delivery times, and possible
incidents.
- Operational management of exports and sample shipments.
- Coordination and follow-up of international shipments.
- Communication and negotiation with clients, agents, shipping companies, and/or similar.
- Identification, management, and resolution of incidents in transport processes to provide
adequate service to the client.
- Receipt of orders via telephone or email (clients and/or sales department), and integration into
the ERP
- Administrative picking of international client orders and liaison with shipping/logistics
- Documentation for/with carriers at an international level
- Follow-up of client services and commercial offers
- To resolve invoicing incidents, respecting the conditions of each client and moment, as well as
the logistics of international clients.
- Maintenance and filing of original documentation (delivery notes, invoices...)
- Coordination of samples and material necessary for attendance at trade fairs (national and
international) in which the company will participate.
