SAT Technician

From Micofer by Empatif, we are selecting 1 SAT Service Technician for an important company located in Tarragona. The selected person will carry out bolting work at client facilities, using the company's hydraulic tools and following established procedures.

What will you do?

• Supervision and execution of bolting of flanged joints in petrochemical plants. Bolting by TORQUE and hydraulic TENSIONING.
• Correct identification of joints on piping drawings. Isometric construction drawings or P&ID diagrams
• Inspection of the assembly and joint components prior to bolting
• Bolting of flanged joints according to established procedures
• Final inspection after bolting
• Recording of tasks performed
• Maintenance of bolting equipment

• Advanced Vocational Training Cycle (Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Pipefitting or similar).
• Additional training:

- 20-hour course: OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION FOR INSTALLATION, REPAIR, ASSEMBLY, METAL STRUCTURES, METALWORK AND METAL CARPENTRY WORK
- AEQT (Petrochemical Companies)
- 60-hour course: BASIC LEVEL OF OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION FOR METALWORK ACTIVITIES IN CONSTRUCTION

• The following will be highly valued

- Work experience in petrochemical complexes in the area. Repsol, Dow, Basf, etc.

- Experience in bolting work with bolting tools

• Availability to work shifts
• Attitude, proactivity, commitment and good social skills.

• Salary: Group 6 - Third-class skilled tradesperson - €20,381.30 gross per year, according to the Siderometallurgy Collective Agreement of Tarragona

Desde Micofer by Empatif seleccionamos 1 Técnico de Servicios SAT para una importante empresa industrial ubicada en Tarragona. La persona seleccionada realizará trabajos de apriete en las instalaciones de los clientes, utilizando las herramientas hidráulicas de la compañía y siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.

¿Qué harás?

• Supervisión y ejecución del apriete de uniones bridadas en plantas petroquímicas. Aprietes por PAR DE APRIETE y TENSIONADO hidráulico.
• Correcta identificación de las uniones en planos de tubería. Planos de construcción isométricos o Diagramas PID
• Inspección del montaje y los componentes de la unión previo al apriete
• Apriete de las uniones bridadas según los procedimientos establecidos
• Inspección final post apriete
• Registro de las tareas realizadas
• Mantenimiento de los equipos de apriete

• Ciclo de Formación Profesional Superior (Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Montaje de tubería industrial o similar).
• Formación complementaria:

- Curso de 20h: PRL PARA TRABAJOS DE INSTALACIONES, REPARACIONES, MONTAJES, ESTRUCTURAS METÁLICAS, CERRAJERÍA Y CARPINTERÍA METÁLICA
- AEQT (Petroquímicas)
- Curso de 60h: NIVEL BÁSICO DE PREVENCION DE LAS ACTIVIDADES DE METAL EN LA CONSTRUCCIÓN

• Se valorará muy positivamente

- Experiencias de trabajo en complejos Petroquímicos de la zona. Repsol, Dow, Basf, etc.

- Experiencia en trabajos de apriete con herramientas de apriete

• Disponibilidad para trabajar a turnos
• Actitud, proactividad, compromiso y buenas habilidades sociales.
