Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training, Intermediate or Higher Level, in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechatronics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance or similar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service (SAT), industrial maintenance, or machinery commissioning positions.
Experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery.
Knowledge and experience in laser technology environments (Essential).
Solid mechanical foundation and knowledge of industrial electricity.
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
Experience in cutting, machining, welding, automation, or metal processing machinery is valued.
Availability to travel regularly and occasionally stay overnight.
Level of technical English for communication with international manufacturers.
Driving license.
An autonomous, resourceful, proactive person oriented toward customer service.

The role

We are looking for an Electromechanical After-Sales Service Technician | Catalonia Area for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery, with the autonomy to work at client sites and availability for travel. What you'll do

Perform the installation and commissioning of industrial machinery at client sites.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical faults.
Perform technical interventions at customers' facilities.
Ensure the correct functioning of machinery after installation or repair.
Prepare technical reports of the actions performed.
Provide technical support and advice to clients during interventions.
Collaborate with the technical team and international manufacturers to resolve complex incidents.
Participate in national and international technical training on new technologies and equipment.
Manage interventions with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
Perform regular travel throughout Catalonia and the rest of the national territory.
