The role

From Empleabilidad ETT we are selecting an Administrative Assistant to join a prestigious company in the logistics sector.

We are looking for an organized, resourceful profile with knowledge of accounting and human resources, to carry out key administrative duties within the organization.

What you'll do

📌 Registration, posting, and filing of supplier and client invoices

📌 Monitoring and control of payments and collections

📌 Administrative document management and organization

📌 Coordination and direct contact with legal and labor advisory services

📌 Support in Human Resources management:

– Time control

– Management of leaves, vacations, and absences

– Updating personnel databases

📌 Preparation and review of budgets

📌 Support in basic accounting tasks and reconciliations

📌 Corporate email management and administrative telephone support

📌 Management and updating of internal databases

Schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (with flexible hours)
