The role

We are selecting an Administrative Assistant – to join a company in the road freight transport logistics sector, with a special focus on logistics located in León.

We are looking for a person with experience in administrative tasks and knowledge of documentation specific to the sector. A dynamic profile, accustomed to working in logistics environments, with experience in the sector if possible (not an indispensable requirement), with the ability to work in a team, a good attitude towards work, and a desire to learn.

Customer service via telephone and email.

Invoicing of shipping positions

Controlling delivery notes

Generation of the DECA (Waybill)

Assignment of routes for delivery

Management of delivery notes and incidents

Scanning of documentation

How you'll work

Temporary Contract to cover maternity leave (approximate duration 3 months).

Full-time 40h/week from Monday to Friday

Road freight transport collective agreement in LEÓN.

Weekly/biweekly rotating shifts (as per agreement with the rest of the team)

05h-13h

10h-18h

14h-22h
