What does the Unit do?

The IFM area is responsible for the comprehensive management of lease contracts linked to renewable power generation plants (Wind and Solar Parks).

You will acquire a practical and comprehensive view of the functioning of an IFM department and its role for the EGP business.

Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training.

The Practical Training within the Company will involve a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a study allowance of €900 gross. In parallel, the Academic Training will take place: Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is learning and the enhancement of the competency profile.
