About the role

If you want to transform the future of energy, we are looking for a Remote Operations Specialist (Temporary) to join our team at the Control Center of the Distribution business in SEVILLE.

What you'll do

Ensuring the operation of the network, coordinating the Control Centers and managing operational safety processes

Providing certification of operational data (assets, fault events/service quality of the network)

Coordinating emergency plans related to the quality of electricity service and reporting to Global Operations and Maintenance in the event of critical incidents

Managing relationships with other distributors and transmission companies for relevant activities

Managing the response to a cybersecurity incident for the corresponding perimeter.

What you will do

In the role of Remote Operations Specialist, you will support the team in the following activities:

  • Carrying out or supervising, where applicable, the reception of incidents or fault notifications from the telephone service center, diagnosing their scope and ordering the execution of maneuvers to the mobile territorial teams aimed at reducing the impact and ensuring a prompt recovery of service in accordance with current procedures and legislation.
  • Carrying out any other duties that, within the scope of their professional skills and level of competence, and in accordance with the applicable regulations, may be assigned by their supervisors due to service needs; as well as actively participating in compliance with the regulations established in environmental matters and occupational risk prevention.
  • Primary analysis of incidents
  • Communication with assigned customers
  • Liaison with HV and MV Control Centers
  • Notifications to the Administration when applicable

Technical knowledge
