What you will do

In the Renewables Professional position, you will support the team in the following activities:

  • Carry out local operation and maintenance of renewable facilities and equipment (hydraulic and biomass plants, wind and solar farms, or others that may be developed) within your scope of action, in accordance with current procedures and legislation.
  • Execute local maneuvers (from the control panel) of switches, disconnectors and grounding systems.
  • Operate the plant assigned to you.
  • Execute hydraulic maneuvers for emptying canals, reservoirs and penstocks.
  • Perform maneuvers at dams and trash racks, when floods occur or when service needs require it.
  • Carry out first-level interventions in the maintenance of Plant, Zonal and Remote Control Systems.
  • Perform the operations necessary to comply with the requirements of irrigation easements and water supplies.
  • Take responsibility for carrying out preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance work.
  • Actively participate in compliance with all established regulations regarding the Environment and Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Collaborate in the practical training of other workers.
  • Carry out any other duties that, within the scope of your professional skills, specialties and position, and in accordance with applicable regulations, may be assigned to you by your superiors due to service needs.
