Perform the initial diagnosis of mechanical and electrical breakdowns through the information provided by drivers, workshops, and suppliers, coordinating the necessary actions for their resolution
Register, document, and update all incidents, repairs, and additional needs detected in the management systems
Coordinate roadside assistance and the intervention of workshops, cranes, and suppliers, ensuring a fast and efficient response 24 hours a day
