Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Engineering or Higher Level Vocational Training in Computer Science or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within IT support and microcomputing environments.

What you'll do

You will join the Information Systems Department, leading the Microcomputing and User Support team.

Your mission will be to coordinate the operation of the support and microcomputing service, ensuring the correct management of workstations, technological assets, and user assistance, guaranteeing service quality and promoting the continuous improvement of the area's processes and tools.

To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:

  • Lead and coordinate the Microcomputing team, planning activities, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring workload and the area's objectives.
  • Guarantee the provision of the user support service, supervising incidents, requests, and service levels to ensure an excellent user experience.
  • Manage the lifecycle of workstations and IT assets, including deployments, equipment renewals, inventory, and needs planning.
  • Coordinate the relationship with technological providers, monitoring service quality, service level agreements (SLAs), and improvement plans.
  • Drive automation initiatives, process optimization, and continuous improvement, actively participating in technological transformation projects.
