Mechanical Installations Technician

At Estel Ingeniería y Obras we are specialists in integrated installations (electricity, plumbing, telecommunications and trigeneration) for high-end hotel and residential projects. We are looking to bring in first-class mechanical installations tradespeople for our construction teams in Mallorca.

• Assembly, installation and maintenance of cold water, hot water and sanitation networks.

• Installation of taps, sanitary fixtures, pressure equipment, pumping groups and water treatment systems.

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

• Coordination with the electrical, HVAC and other specialist teams to ensure the correct integration of the installations.

• Quality control of materials and finishes on high-end projects.

• Detection and resolution of issues on site.

• Experience as a first-class tradesperson in mechanical installations, on large-scale projects (hotels, luxury residential).

• Knowledge of machine rooms, plumbing, HVAC, heating, geothermal and sanitation systems.

• Valid Occupational Risk Prevention course in plumbing and HVAC (20 hours).

• Specialized technical training in Mechanical Installations will be valued.

• A disability certificate of 33% or higher will be valued, in accordance with current regulations.
