What you'll do
We need to incorporate an account manager into our staff to perform the following functions:
Management and expansion of the business portfolio
Technical-Commercial advisory and customer service.
Business prospecting and development, identification of opportunities, and proposal of new services to clients.
Preparation of technical-commercial proposals
Preparation of a commercial plan for their area of operation.
Use of internal tools for offer preparation and commercial reporting.
Follow-up and responsibility for the complete account management cycle (Prospecting-Negotiation-Offer-Execution-Invoicing–Collection).
