Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouses or construction material points of sale.
Valid driver's license type B.

Nice to have

Living near the workplace is valued.

Education & certifications

Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
Valid forklift license and demonstrable experience in operating a front forklift, accustomed to working with different volumes and similar materials (plasterboard, sacks, insulation...)

Languages

Correctly spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.

The role

Eurofirms selects a Warehouse worker for a construction materials company located in Girona. The selected person will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

- Customer service and support via phone, email, and/or in person for technical inquiries (prices, claims, and incidents) and immediate processing of purchase orders.

- Order management: managing delivery notes, verifying that discounts are applied in coordination with the commercial department.

- Acquiring and opening files for new customers who visit the point of sale, in coordination with the commercial department.

- Extracting the daily list of sales delivery notes.

- Managing and supervising the point of sale (stock control, regularizations, obsolete items, inventories, incident management...)

- Receiving goods with loading and unloading using a forklift, locating, controlling, and entering them into the system.

- Managing materials and construction products.

- Using pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.

- Handling and knowledge of materials.

- Among other duties inherent to the position.
