The role

A parking sector company is looking for a Parking Manager to work in Murcia and carry out the following tasks:

What you'll do

- They will be responsible for the parking services.

- Operational management of the center.

- Billing management (Navision).

- Management of incidents, claims, and accidents.

- Perform control rounds and report any incidents.

- Reporting to central services (accounting, HR, quality, etc.).

- Monitoring of basic maintenance tasks and coordination with suppliers.

- Cleaning and conditioning tasks for the facilities.

- Resolve avoidable risks detected during the risk assessment, following up and guaranteeing their compliance

- Manage the maintenance and inspections of the equipment and the facilities.

- Control documentation regarding the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) and the access of external personnel.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
We are looking for a resourceful, versatile person with skills to manage and resolve incidents involving both people and facilities.
Good command of computer tools.
Residence near the workplace is valued.
