Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in technical service for automatic pedestrian doors, or industrial installations, or similar machinery.
We are looking for a proactive person with a good attitude.
Residence near the workplace is valued.

Education & certifications

Vocational Training I in electricity or electronics, experience in maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
Technical knowledge in the maintenance of industrial installations, elevators, industrial machinery, or similar.
Training in OSH basic 60h course (valuable)

Languages

Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

The role

Service sector company seeks an Automatic Door Technician to work in Seville and perform the following tasks:

What you'll do

- Carrying out After-sales Service interventions, reactive (breakdown reports, repairs), proactive (improvements, updates), and preventive (maintenance visits) according to the planning set by their planner.

- Repair efficiency: productive/non-productive hours, invoiced/worked through daily completion of the weekly Activity Reporting.

- Periodic sending of Repair Reports and Activity Reporting to the planner via Tablet.

- Responsible for customer satisfaction; quality of the repair, information regarding the repair result, possible improvements to reduce downtime, etc.

- Commercial initiatives; sale of maintenance contracts, security improvements, updates, etc.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
