Maintenance Manager in Besalú

We are selecting a Maintenance Manager for a company dedicated to manufacturing gypsum.

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

• Maintenance Supervision: Execute, coordinate, and supervise the technical team in the execution of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on industrial machinery. Verify compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Breakdown and Repair Management: Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and coordinate corrective repairs, ensuring effective solutions in the shortest time possible.
• Repair any breakdowns that may arise, validating the quality of the repairs carried out by the personnel under their charge or by external providers.
• Planning and Control: Execute the planning of mechanical and electrical preventive and corrective maintenance. Maintain control over the status of the equipment through daily logs and technical reports.
• Resource and Spare Parts Management: Coordinate the request and management of the inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables. Ensure the efficient use of available resources in the maintenance area to avoid the deterioration of the facility's elements.
• Relationship with Suppliers: Coordinate with external suppliers and specialized workshops when it is necessary to resort to outsourced maintenance or repair services.
• Technical Documentation: Record the activities performed, the equipment downtime, and the works executed in the established formats. Inform the Manager about the general status of the mechanical and electrical machinery fleet.
• Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

• At least 2 years of experience in responsibility positions in the maintenance area within the sector, preferably in an industrial environment, having performed project and team management.
