Safety Supervisor

Minimum training corresponding to the Basic Level of Occupational Risk Prevention of 60 hours

Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

At Iberian Precast / Consolis Tecnyconta, we are reinforcing our Prevention team at our industrial plant in Fresnillo de las Dueñas, near Aranda de Duero (Burgos).

We are looking to hire a Security Supervisor – Preventive Resource with a clear orientation toward factory work.

This is a position very closely linked to the field: we are looking for an observant person, close to the teams, and with the capacity to anticipate, intervene in risk situations, and contribute to making safety part of the daily work of the entire organization.

- Carry out preventive tours and inspections in the different areas of the plant.

- Detect unsafe acts, dangerous conditions, and non-compliance with procedures.

- Request the correction of deviations when preventive measures are clearly defined.

- Communicate and escalate those situations that may represent a significant risk.

- Supervise the correct use of individual and collective protective equipment.

- Monitor especially operations with forklifts, overhead cranes, suspended loads, and other lifting equipment.

- Monitor work at heights, hot work, confined spaces, lockouts, and other high-risk activities.

- Supervise the safety conditions of contractor companies, subcontractors, and external personnel.

- Record inspections, incidents, and actions, following up until their correction.

- Collaborate in investigations of accidents, incidents, and potentially dangerous situations.

- Participate in safety inductions, awareness actions, drills, and activities related to emergencies.

- Support Production and the Prevention team in the practical application of safety procedures and improvements.

• Recommended experience of between 1 and 2 years in functions related to safety, prevention, production, maintenance, or supervision in industrial environments.
• Ability to identify risks and act with judgment.
• An observant, rigorous, and consistent person.
• Clear, close, and assertive communication.
• Ability to intervene in cases of non-compliance while maintaining a preventive and constructive approach.
• Basic handling of office tools.
• Availability to perform the work on-site at the factory.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Own vehicle to access the workplace.
