Previous experience of at least one year in vehicle sales or in customer service positions with a clear commercial orientation.
Valid B driving licence.
Regular use of IT tools and email.
Dynamic, proactive profile focused on results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for the automotive world and curiosity to learn about the technical characteristics of vehicles.

What you'll do

Personalized attention and advice to customers at the point of sale.
Sale of used vehicles.
Identification of needs and accompaniment throughout the entire purchasing process.
Preparation of offers and commercial proposals.
Management of financing operations.
Coordination of documentation with agencies and collaborating entities.
Management of warranties and documentation associated with the sale.
Carrying out test drives with customers.
After-sales follow-up and customer loyalty.
Management and follow-up of commercial opportunities.
Support in administrative tasks specific to the position.
