Join a multidisciplinary team with a key role in defining the technological strategy and the evolution of the company's technical capabilities. We are looking for a person with a solid track record in software architecture, technical leadership, and innovation, capable of combining strategic vision, technological excellence, and business orientation.

This will be a position with a strong transversal impact, collaborating closely with technology communities, delivery teams, pre-sales, and business development to drive the organization's technological value proposition.

• Define and evolve the company's global technological strategy in collaboration with the Technology Communities.

• Drive innovation as a differentiating element, identifying and promoting new technologies, architectures, and ways of working.

• Technically lead business development initiatives by:

  • Directing proofs of concept (PoCs).

  • Reviewing technical proposals and project bases.

  • Technical evaluation of partners and technological solutions.

• Participate in high-value pre-sales, leading the definition and defense of complex and multidisciplinary solutions.

• Accompany clients and teams in the definition of enterprise architectures and digital transformation strategies.

• Provide technical leadership in critical services, collaborating with highly specialized profiles.

• Promote best practices in architecture, quality, security, and observability.

• Support communication, training, technical marketing, and brand positioning initiatives.

✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
