Solid experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
Experience in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools.
Knowledge of:
- IBM Planning Analytics / TM1.
- Oracle EPM.
- Hyperion or other equivalent solutions.
Experience in requirements management and functional design.
Participation in UAT testing and solution validation.
Communication skills with financial and business areas.
High level of Spanish.

Nice to have

✅ Experience in banking or financial services.

✅ Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.

✅ Experience in financial transformation projects.

✅ Technical knowledge that allows for collaboration with development teams.

M/F/X - Expert Functional Consultant in Finance and EPM | 100% Remote

🚀 Are you passionate about helping organizations transform their financial planning processes and participating in high-impact projects?

We are looking for a Functional Consultant specialized in Finance and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to join a strategic project managed by IBM, working remotely from anywhere in Spain.

What you'll do

You will be part of financial transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with business users and technical teams to define, design, and implement solutions that optimize planning, budgeting, and financial analysis processes.

Gathering and analyzing functional requirements alongside business users.
Design of functional solutions in EPM environments.
Participation in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Preparation of functional documentation and specifications.
Coordination and execution of functional testing and UAT.
Liaising with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Monitoring developments and providing support during the implementation of solutions.
