Junior Consultant - Transformation & PMO

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 3-5 years in consulting or corporate environments, working on transformation projects or initiatives with a management and coordination component.
• Previous experience in:
  • Project management or PMO (tracking, reporting, coordination).
  • Financial transformation environments or corporate functions.
• Functional knowledge of financial processes (planning, reporting, management control, or end-to-end processes).
• Ability to work in environments with multiple stakeholders and manage interdependencies.
• Strong communication skills, client orientation, and teamwork.
• Structured profile with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Advanced English level (minimum B2/C1).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

From the Finance Strategy & Transformation team, we are looking to bring on a Senior Consultant to participate in financial transformation projects in complex corporate environments, with a clear focus on project management (PMO), cross-functional coordination, and client support.

You will be part of initiatives to transform the finance function (planning, management control, reporting, and end-to-end processes), working on projects both nationally and internationally.

The role combines functional finance knowledge with strong project management, structuring, and monitoring skills, acting as a bridge between business, IT, and key stakeholders.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in the management and governance of transformation initiatives, ensuring proper project execution and alignment across teams.

• Participate in projects to transform the finance function (processes, planning models, reporting, and management control).
• Provide support for end-to-end project management (PMO):
  • Planning, tracking milestones, and dependencies.
  • Monitoring risks and issues.
  • Identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinate between business teams, IT, and third parties, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
• Act as the client point of contact, participating in steering committees, workshops, and status meetings.
• Prepare executive materials and project status reports (steering committees, management updates, etc.).
• Support the definition of functional requirements, ensuring they are properly translated for technical teams.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables.
• Contribute to improving management methodologies and the internal development of the team.
