M365 Engineer | Valencia

• More than 4 years of experience in administering complex identity and messaging infrastructures.
• Experience working in Microsoft 365 Cloud environments.
• Solid knowledge in:
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Defender
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access
  • Identity Governance
• Experience in automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Participation in Microsoft 365 migration or tenant-to-tenant projects.
• High level of English to work in an international environment.

• Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Microsoft certifications related to Cloud or Security.
• ITIL certification.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ISO 20000.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SCOM.

At Expleo, we are looking for an M365 Engineer to join a strategic international project at UNICC (United Nations International Computing Centre) , the technological center that provides services to various United Nations agencies. You will be part of a global and multicultural environment, participating in the management, evolution, and securing of Microsoft 365 platforms that support thousands of users worldwide. 📍  Location: Valencia (Spain) or Brindisi (Italy)

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environments in an international context.
• Manage services such as Exchange Online, Entra ID, OneDrive, Microsoft Defender, and Purview.
• Administer users, groups, roles, permissions, and corporate applications.
• Design and implement security and access policies, including MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
• Manage email services, threat protection, archiving, eDiscovery, and information recovery.
• Automate tasks and processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Collaborate with international teams and provide support to users in different locations.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the operational continuity of services.
