Microsoft 365 Architecture and Migration Specialist Location: Madrid on-site (Tres Cantos) Department: Technology About the Position: We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Architecture and Migration Specialist to technically lead the design, deployment, and complete migration of the M365 environment in a large-scale strategic project. We are looking for an expert, decisive, and autonomous profile in Microsoft environments, focused during the first 4-6 months on the creation of the M365 architecture (identity, email, collaboration, data governance, and security). After this initial phase, the position will evolve by providing high-level technical support to the environment, optimizing the SharePoint/Teams architecture, and collaborating on evolutionary systems projects in-house. Main responsibilities: Main objective (Months 1-6 - Client Project): Design the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 technical architecture adapted to the needs of the account. Lead the migration and integration of identities (Entra ID / Azure AD), email (Exchange Online), and collaboration portals (SharePoint Online and Teams). Replicate and structure the information and permissions architecture (mapping structures from environments such as Google Workspace, folder hierarchy, roles, and access levels). Configure and implement conditional access, security, and governance policies for the M365 environment. Guarantee a clean, secure transition without impacting user operations. Consolidation phase (From month 6 onwards): Provide high-level technical support (N2/N3), continuous administration, and evolutionary maintenance to the M365/SharePoint environment at the client. Collaborate on system optimization, access administration, and Cartagon's technological improvement projects according to the area's needs. Essential requirements (Core of the position): Demonstrable experience (3-4+ years) in migration and architecture projects towards Microsoft 365 / O365 environments. Expert mastery of Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. Experience in permission structuring, document governance, and file/directory migrations. Fluent handling of migration tools (BitTitan, Quest, native Microsoft tools) and scripting with PowerShell. Capacity for technical communication, autonomy to resolve blockers, and rigor in execution. Desirable requirements / valued (Non-eliminatory): Official Microsoft certifications in M365 (e.g., MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert). Knowledge of administration in Microsoft Azure or hybrid identity environments. Familiarity with information security best practices (ISO 27001, ENS). Are you the specialist we are looking for?
