We are looking for an Office 365 Engineer / Administrator to join our Digital Workplace team. This is an all-rounder technical profile with the assignment of the Global Admin role to execute technical governance, the supervision of the Microsoft 365 tenant, as well as to actively participate in the implementation, adoption, and security of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem (Microsoft Copilot, M365 agents, and Copilot Studio).
Main duties and requirements.
- Optimization and Automation: Automation/optimization of manual processes in the O365 / EntraID scope through PowerShell or other AI mechanisms
- AI Ecosystem Support and Management: Participate in the assignment of licenses, security policies, and technical deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot, its integration into office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), and the administration of M365 Agents / Copilot Studio.
- Email and Collaboration Services: Evolution and operational maintenance of Exchange Online (email protocols and security), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, in accordance with new functionalities and requirements
- Technical Liaison with Cybersecurity and Internal Areas: Directly coordinate requests, requirements, and projects coming from Cybersecurity and other departments with the external provider for their correct execution
Review that all IT services are backed by correctly dimensioned and economically efficient resource capacity
- Technical Monitoring with the Outsourced Provider: Monitoring and validation of requests and changes executed by the external technical partner.
- Tenant Administration and Governance: Operate as a Global Admin within the team, analyzing technical guidelines, policy configuration, and best practices in the M365 environment that the external provider will have to apply.
