• Solid experience as a Project Manager in complex technological environments.
• Knowledge of ALM tools, ideally Codebeamer.
• Experience in automotive or industrial sector projects.
• Familiarity with standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262 and regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Communication, leadership, and results-oriented skills.
• High level of English, essential for the international environment of the project.

• Previous experience with 3DExperience (Dassault Systèmes).
• Technical background in embedded software or engineering systems.
• Experience in integrations between PLM and ALM tools.

You will join a strategic project within the automotive sector, leading the implementation of a key Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool for the management of embedded software in powertrain systems. You will work in a cutting-edge technological environment, with strong integration between Codebeamer and the 3DExperience platform by Dassault Systèmes , contributing directly to the traceability between product configuration and associated software.

• You will lead the implementation of Codebeamer from start to finish, from requirements gathering to deployment and subsequent support.
• You will coordinate the integration between Codebeamer and 3DExperience, ensuring a fluid connection with existing processes.
• You will define and monitor the project plan: scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budget.
• You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, IT, quality, compliance, and suppliers) aligning technical and business needs.
• You will manage the relationship with integrators, vendors, and external consultants.
• You will ensure compliance with automotive sector standards and regulations (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, cybersecurity).
• You will drive training sessions, workshops, and change management activities to ensure tool adoption.
• You will report project progress and key milestones to stakeholders and management.
