Experience or knowledge in:

Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
- Modulations.
- Channel coding.
- Synchronization.
- Equalization.
- Other digital communications algorithms.
VHDL, applied to digital communications.
MATLAB / Simulink, at an advanced level.

Experience with FPGA and/or DSP.

The role

At Expleo, we are looking to hire a Specialized Engineer in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Physical Layer to participate in high-level technological projects within the Defense sector, working on the development of advanced communications systems.

If you have experience in DSP, FPGA/VHDL, MATLAB/Simulink, and digital communications, this could be an opportunity to work on projects where the combination of software, hardware, and communications is key.

What you'll do

You will join a technical team specialized in the development of:

Communications systems based on Software Defined Radio (SDR).
Waveforms and datalinks.
Digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms.
Physical layer solutions for communications systems.
Design and implementation on FPGA/DSP.
Radio and SATCOM communications terminal architectures.

Among your main responsibilities will be the design, development, and integration of solutions related to modulation, coding, synchronization, equalization, and digital signal processing.

How you'll work

Availability to undertake occasional travel, mainly national, between Barcelona and Madrid.
