Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Higher education in engineering and/or similar.
  • High level of English, with the ability to work in the language.
  • Solid experience in relational data modeling and the design of analytical data products.
  • Advanced experience in SQL and performance optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python for data processing, transformation, analysis, and the development of AI-based solutions.
  • Experience in the design and maintenance of semantic models in Power BI.
  • Knowledge of PySpark and distributed data processing.
  • Experience participating in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or data-driven automation initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business needs into solutions supported by data and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience technically leading complex initiatives and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in Azure Data Platform and the Azure AI ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.
  • Experience in the design of solutions based on LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agents.
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
  • Experience with Process Mining tools such as Celonis.
