International Cooperation Tendering Specialist

What will make you successful in this position?

• Solid track record of at least 5 years of experience in tendering within the field of international cooperation
• Higher university degree in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Law, Public Administration, International Cooperation, or related disciplines.
• Professional level of English (minimum C1)
• Analytical and negotiation capacity and aptitude to manage multiple tendering processes in parallel.

• Experience in programs funded by the European Union (NDICI, EDF, EuropeAid, Team Europe, others), and in European Union Framework Contracts / FWC (desirable).

• Transparent and solid remuneration package: annual gross salary of €35,000, with paid vacations to be enjoyed independently.

Your mission:

Identify tendering and procurement opportunities aligned with the institution's profile, analyzing terms of reference and evaluating strategic relevance:

• You will analyze and detect public tendering opportunities before multilateral organizations (European Union, World Bank, IDB, CAF, GIZ, among others), preparing strategic prospecting reports to anticipate calls for tenders and ensure informed participation decisions.
• You will structure and formulate comprehensive technical and economic proposals, developing methodologies, results matrices, schedules, and collecting administrative documentation to guarantee maximum formal quality and maximize award rates.
• You will select and mobilize experts and allied institutions, building the database of specialized consultants, coordinating the management of their CVs and documentation.
• You will drive the strategic positioning and alliances of the institution, representing the entity in sectoral networking spaces, institutional meetings, and events with key partners to consolidate and open new lines of action in international cooperation.

Contract conditions:

• 37.5-hour work week
• On-site environment (location: Madrid center)
• Salary: €35,000 gross/year
