You will be responsible for leading strategic procurement processes and logistics management, ensuring the efficient supply of critical equipment and materials, cost optimization, mitigation of supply risks, and compliance with the execution deadlines established by the project.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement assigned procurement strategies for international EPC projects.
- Prepare and manage procurement plans aligned with the project execution schedule.
- Lead full tendering processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), commercial tabulation, negotiation, and award.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, commercial conditions, warranties, and contractual terms with national and international suppliers.
- Identify, evaluate, approve, and develop strategic suppliers.
- Keep market analyses, price databases, and commercial references (benchmarks and price lists) up to date.
