You will join a consolidated Business Group, linked to the infrastructure and concessions sector, in a newly created position with a high degree of autonomy and internal visibility.

Your mission will be to help structure and systematize the Group's corporate processes, working transversally with areas such as Finance, HR, Administration, Operations, or Technology, as well as with its various companies and concessionaires.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

· You will analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

· You will design, document, and standardize corporate procedures and workflows.

· You will prepare manuals, standards, and operational documentation.

· You will lead continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects.

· You will define indicators and monitor the implementation of processes.

· You will work closely with Systems to ensure the necessary technological support.

· You will coordinate initiatives with different areas and companies within the Group, leading through influence.

· You will undertake periodic travel, mainly within Spain, to work directly with the various concessions.
